This notice covers the support website and pre-release versions of LexiFall on Android and iOS. It describes local gameplay, purchases and bundled third-party components. Ads remain disabled in the relevant distributed test versions; the game has not yet launched commercially.
Who is responsible?

Gameplay and information on your device
LexiFall is a word game that does not require an account. The board, words and current score are processed on your device. There are currently no user accounts, online leaderboards or servers synchronising games.
The best score, selected language, sound and haptic settings, reduced motion, optional controls and tutorial acknowledgement are stored locally. The advertising module also keeps local counters to limit ad frequency. These values are not a gameplay profile sent to a LexiFall server.
Preferences remain until removed through operating-system controls or deletion of the application's data. Device backups may retain or restore some information depending on your settings; manage these backups with your operating-system provider.
Advertising and Google services
The internal test version covered by this notice does not request or display ads through its application flow. However, it includes Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform (UMP). The absence of displayed ads does not establish that these components have no technical activity.
When used, Google's advertising SDK may process IP addresses (and an estimated general location), device or advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, diagnostics and performance data. Purposes can include advertising delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Actual categories depend on the platform, configuration and enabled features. See Google's Android and iOS disclosures.
Google receives information processed by its components. Its services may involve affiliated companies and service providers as described in its privacy policy. Information retained by Google follows its retention rules, which vary with the data, purpose, account settings and applicable obligations. LexiFall does not promise a single retention period or that uninstalling the app erases this information.
Any future activation of ads requires an updated notice and store disclosures. Required consent must be obtained before the relevant processing, with an effective withdrawal option. An ad-free entitlement prevents the application's planned ad requests; it does not remove processing needed for purchases, support or store services.
Ad-free purchases
Two alternatives are planned: an automatically renewing monthly subscription and a non-consumable one-time purchase. The store presents the offer, its local price and terms before you confirm. Manage a subscription through the store where you subscribed; uninstalling the app does not cancel it. LexiFall does not transfer purchases between Google Play and Apple.
On Android, Google Play Billing provides the app with information used to verify the purchased product, payment state and ad-free entitlement, and to acknowledge the purchase. LexiFall's code does not persist or log receipts, signatures or purchase tokens; no LexiFall server receives them.
On iOS, StoreKit supplies transactions verified by Apple. The app uses the product, transaction identifier, purchase and expiration dates and, where applicable, revocation date to grant or restore ad-free access. LexiFall's code holds that state in memory without saving a copy of the transactions to disk or its logs. Restoration communicates directly with Apple's service; no LexiFall server is involved.
LexiFall does not request payment-card details: payment takes place through the store. Apple and Google retain their own payment and purchase data and provide sales-management tools to the publisher. Information held by the stores and its retention are governed by their respective policies; deleting LexiFall does not erase this history with the store.

Installation and testing feedback
Installing through Google Play or Apple TestFlight involves those providers' services. If you voluntarily send feedback or contact the publisher, the information you provide may include a contact address, your message and technical details you choose to attach. We use these details to respond and resolve the reported issue. Support may not be possible without a way to reply and a description of the problem. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
The support@afrimoov.com mailbox is hosted by OVHcloud. Only Afrimoov's responsible support staff handle your messages, with OVHcloud providing the email infrastructure. Support correspondence is deleted 12 months after the request is closed, unless limited retention is needed to meet a legal obligation or handle a dispute. In that case, only the information and retention period necessary for that purpose apply.
Feedback sent through Google Play or Apple TestFlight tools is also processed by the relevant store under its own terms. Afrimoov's correspondence-deletion rule does not delete information you have sent directly to a store.
Visiting the privacy website
The website has no advertising, audience analytics, forms or social-network resources. It does not require application cookies. An HTTPS connection still transmits an IP address and the technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the service. The website is hosted by Contabo on a server in Europe. Afrimoov's responsible operators and the hosting provider may access technical information when needed for their duties.
LexiFall's page server does not keep a systematic record of visits. Its error logs are limited to two one-megabyte files, replaced by rotation when that limit is reached. This configuration does not exclude technical or security logs from the proxy and hosting infrastructure.
The proxy's technical logs do not currently have an automatic age-based deletion rule; they remain stored until their files or the container retaining them are removed. They are not a systematic record of visits. This technical retention is separate from the 12-month support rule and the page server's log rotation. Purposes and legal bases
Processing needed to provide gameplay, verify and restore purchases, and respond to service-related support requests is based on performing the requested service. Answering other enquiries and measures needed for website availability, troubleshooting and security are based on Afrimoov's legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. Retention required by law is based on the relevant legal obligations. Optional details you attach to a request are used only to handle it.
Advertising uses requiring consent must not be enabled until the required consent has been obtained. Production ads are not enabled in the version described here. Processing performed by Google's and Apple's own services is explained in their notices; this policy does not treat their technical presence as general permission to track users.
Third-party services and transfers
Google and Apple use their own infrastructure, which may process information outside your country. Their notices explain processing locations, safeguards and how to exercise your rights. Choosing a Contabo web server in Europe does not mean all third-party services on your phone remain in Europe. OVHcloud's data protection information also distinguishes information entrusted by its customers from processing for its own purposes.
For international transfers, Google and Apple describe the applicable safeguards in their policies, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses where appropriate. See Google's policy and Apple's policy. A provider's general information does not mean every listed safeguard applies to every operation. Your choices and rights
Where the applicable law and processing allow, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, or object to its processing. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing. Send requests to the contact above. You may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority, including the CNIL in France.
Audience and changes
The game is not specifically designed for children. This does not generally exclude minors or determine an age rating; check the information in the store where the app is offered. Before advertising is enabled, safeguards must match the intended audience.
This notice will be reviewed when features, SDKs or processing change, particularly before ads are enabled. The date at the top identifies its version.
